Secure Connect Gateway
The next-generation secure connect gateway 5.x provides a single connectivity solution for managing your entire Dell environment. This remote IT monitoring and support software replaces SupportAssist Enterprise and Secure Remote Services. It supports servers, data storage, cyber resilience, hyper-converged and converged systems.
This interactive demo walks you through new installations of the virtual appliance and application editions. Supported environments: VMware, Microsoft HyperV & Linux KVM for the virtual appliance edition, and Windows and Linux for the application edition.
You can also preview the installation of the container edition for Docker, Podman and Kubernetes environments. Note: Red Hat OpenShift for Kubernetes is supported and there is the option to run container versions on Microsoft Azure (Cloud).
Learn how to configure streaming telemetry on standalone PowerEdge models with the Dell Connectivity Client to connect via a gateway. The virtual appliance edition and container editions for Docker and Podman now support connecting this embedded client in select iDRAC models (Module 4.5).
Explore the breadth of the on-premise gateway management dashboard features for device management, settings, audits and more. Enhanced features include single sign-on authentication, role-based access control, syslog integration, on-demand host OS patches and optional pre-login screen messages.
In addition, the gateway offers credential vault integration, with Microsoft Azure Key Vault and HashiCorp now supported alongside CyberArk Conjur APIs and CyberArk Credential Provider. This option streamlines password management in PowerEdge only datacenters.
For the virtual and container editions, check out the policy manager features enabling advanced auditing and remote support controls.
Finally, learn how the OpenManage Enterprise adapter streamlines connectivity monitoring via the gateway.
