The Dell Managed Services Platform (DMSP) hands on lab offers a unified, next generation platform providing customer relationship management, IT Operations, and IT Service Management capabilities to support all DTMS custom and standardized managed service offers.
DMSP offers a unified experience through a single portal, providing customizable health dashboards, data aggregation and analysis tools, and a robust knowledge base for quick incident resolution. Customers and delivery teams can build, save, and export custom reports, view infrastructure health and service status, and access extensive service-specific documentation. Integration with Dell APIs and ITSM Service Bridge capabilities allows customers to work seamlessly with Dell, while communication preferences ensure information flows to the correct contacts, minimizing noise.
